Official Google Blog: Twice the Sitelinks

This post from the Official Google Blog tells you exactly what are sitelinks (since I've been looking for them eventually) and also how they work to your blog's/website's advantage.

Roughly put, the sitelinks are those small links that you normally see underneath a link in Google's search result.

From what it is said in Google's Blog, if you have useful links on your blog or website, the web cralwers aka spiders will link them to your blog or web page so that when you or anybody else does a search on Google.com, you'll basically see the link underneath the results.
